With specially trained technicians, whom are up to date with today’s advanced technologies of machines, you can talk directly to the technician about any specific issues you may have. Typically, we can have your machine serviced within 4-5 working days, and provide a 3 month written warranty. No appointment is necessary. Drop your machine in, any time between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday or Saturday 9am - 12 noon Please bring the bobbin case, embroidery hoop and foot control, and cords with your machine.
